Calling all Dromintee Club members!!
Following the great success of our recent Kickstart the Heart event, we’re delighted to be returning to the club on Tuesday, 19th May from 6–7 pm.
Since the last meeting, the club has worked hard to improve the preparedness for a cardiac arrest through policy and procedural changes. This evening will be a chance to showcase and celebrate the fantastic response from the club and community, and to recognise the positive steps taken to improve readiness for a cardiac emergency.
We will also run a second simulation, putting these new changes into practice—focusing again on teamwork, communication, and staying calm under pressure in a real-life scenario.
Around 15–20 people will take part in the simulation from the ladies’ senior team, Gaelic for Mothers and Others team and executive committee members, but as before, we warmly encourage others to come along and watch. Seeing the simulation unfold is a powerful way to learn skills that could one day help save a life!
As a community, we’re building something really important—come along and be part of it!!!
