Kickstart the Heart’ campaign
What a terrific night!
A huge thanks to everyone who took part in our ‘Kickstart the Heart’ campaign at Dromintee GAC last night — from the Ladies Senior team, the Gaelic for Mothers & Others, and the Executive Committee members, to all the supporters and community members who came out to watch. Your enthusiasm, teamwork, and genuine commitment to improving the club’s readiness for a cardiac emergency were incredible to see. The staff from Queen’s University were amazed at the quality of response to the simulated emergencies. We take this opportunity to thank Stephen & Queen’s team for selecting our club. The club really took ownership of what needs strengthened going forward, and we’re proud of the steps already taken. We’ll be back again soon to repeat the simulations and see just how far we’ve all progressed.
